At Fine Art Models, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not sell, trade or rent any client’s personal information (including email addresses) to any third party. Nor do we share this information with any third party, except to the extent necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping company) or when the third party is acting strictly on behalf of Fine Art Models with no independent right to use the information we provide. (We will disclose personal information in the event that we are required to by law.)
Information Collection
Our contact forms collect client contact information including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number and email address needed to process and bill your order. The contact information is used to send information about orders and our company to our clients, fulfill orders and/or contact clients when necessary for client service and/or questions about your order.
Client Communication
On occasion, we may send out information about new items or features and/or special offers to our valued clients. The recipient may always opt-out of receiving future mailings.
Clients may join our mailing list at any time by choosing to register on our website. To unsubscribe, simply send an email to [email protected] stating “please remove me from your mailing list” in the subject line of the email, and we will remove your name and email address from any future mailings immediately.

Pricing & Corrections
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and photos on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur. While these errors are wholly unintentional, we reserve the right to make corrections to price and/or other information without prior notice. This includes the accuracy of model photos which do not always depict the model available. This is due to modifications or alterations in the design of the model.
